Who We Are and What We Do

The Smadbeck Center is a nonprofit speech-language and hearing clinic that provides preventive, habilitative and rehabilitative services to adults, children and families in facing issues such as brain injury, autism and learning disabilities

The Center is housed in the Communication Sciences and Disorders Department of Marymount Manhattan College

Otherwise costly services are provided free of charge thanks to the largess of the Heckscher Foundation for Children, the Byrd Drucker Aphasia Fund and the Smadbeck Fund
